Done with Physical Therapy

I have been done with physical thearpy for about a week.

My knee had been doing great up until yesterday. I made about 5 trips up and down a set of stairs. The knee swelled a more than it has since surgery. I'm back on the ice.

I did have a follow up visit with the surgeon, who advise keeping a log on the calendar how my knee progress's in a three week time span, along with doing exercises at home.

He stated that if I seen a regression that I should phone his office and set up an appointment. So far it has been a week since I saw him, and my knee has regressed a little. I guess time will tell in the next two weeks.
