4 plus months to Athroscopic Knee Surgery Recovery

Its been a little over four months since I have had meniscus repair via athroscopic knee surgery.

All seems to be going well. I've made it throught the physical rehab part and am well on my way to a complete recovery.

Since the long coaching baseball season has ended (April-August), I am able to stay off of my leg and the discomfort is slowy goin away. Using a pushmower on my lawn is managble now.

I still take the supplements to build cartlidge and will stay on them.
